By accessing Aluvate.in or purchasing our aluminium doors, windows, or raw materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you must discontinue use immediately. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Aluvate (Unit no B512/T2, NX One, Noida 201308).
Aluvate manufactures and supplies premium aluminium doors, windows, and raw aluminium profiles. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product designs, specifications, and prices without notice. Custom products require separate written agreements with specific terms.
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST, transportation, and installation unless specified. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Large quantity orders require advance deposits as specified in quotations. Custom orders require 50% advance payment before production begins.
We accept bank transfers, cheques, and online payments. Full payment must be received before dispatch for standard orders. For commercial projects, payment terms will be specified in the purchase agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month. Returned cheques or failed transactions incur processing fees.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report damages within 24 hours. Installation services are available at additional cost and require separate agreement. Self-installation voids certain warranties unless performed by certified professionals.
All content on Aluvate.in, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and images, is our intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. Our aluminium product designs and specifications are proprietary. Customers may not reverse-engineer or copy our products for commercial purposes.
You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us or placing orders. You must not use our website for unlawful purposes. Commercial use of our content requires written permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information if applicable.
Aluvate's liability is limited to the product value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Our products come with the following warranties: aluminium doors/windows - 5 years against manufacturing defects; powder coating - 10 years; hardware - 2 years; raw profiles - 1 year. Warranties require proper installation and maintenance. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery. Custom products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Returned products must be in original condition with all packaging. See our separate Refund & Return Policy for complete details.
We are not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, material shortages, or transportation disruptions. During such events, delivery timelines may be extended without penalty.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. All legal proceedings shall be conducted in English.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that achieves the original intent.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases from Aluvate unless superseded by a written contract signed by both parties.
