This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, and exchanges for our aluminium doors, windows, and raw materials. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Aluvate products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect all products upon delivery. For raw aluminium profiles and sections, verify dimensions, quantities, and specifications against your purchase order. For doors and windows, check for visible defects, proper packaging, and match with ordered specifications. Report any discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery for immediate resolution.
Manufacturing Defects: Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. This includes structural flaws, improper dimensions not matching specifications, or material defects in raw aluminium profiles.
Shipping Damage: Products damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Product Delivery: If you receive products different from what was ordered, notify us within 24 hours for replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made aluminium products (special sizes, colors, or designs), installed products, products with customer modifications, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@aluvate.in within the specified timeframe. Provide your order number, product details, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable. Our team will evaluate your request and provide a Return Authorization Number if approved. Returned products must be in original condition, with all packaging, labels, and documentation intact. For approved returns, we will arrange pickup at our expense for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For customer-initiated returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed for approved returns of standard products, manufacturing defects, wrong deliveries, or cancelled orders before shipment.
Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect returned products, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund method depends on your original payment: credit/debit card payments are refunded to the original card; bank transfers are processed to your account; cash payments require bank details for transfer.
Deductions: For non-defective returns initiated by customers, a restocking fee of 15% may apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with full refund. After 24 hours but before shipment, a 10% processing fee applies. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
We offer exchanges for defective products or wrong deliveries. Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product. For size or color exchanges of standard products (subject to availability), contact us within 3 days of delivery. Exchange shipping is free for our errors; customer-requested exchanges incur shipping charges.
Our aluminium products come with the following warranties: aluminium doors and windows - 5 years against manufacturing defects; powder coating - 10 years against peeling or fading; hardware and mechanisms - 2 years; raw aluminium profiles - 1 year against material defects. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and proper installation documentation. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
Raw aluminium profiles and sections can be returned only if unused, in original packaging, and within 7 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies. Cut-to-size materials are non-returnable. Special alloy orders cannot be returned unless defective.
If you have purchased installation services from us, issues with installation quality must be reported within 30 days. We will rectify installation problems at no cost. Refunds for installation services are considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, contact our customer service manager. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 15 days. Unresolved disputes will be subject to arbitration in Noida jurisdiction as per Indian laws.
